Yes, all our rooms in the Tyrolean style have their own balcony.
Are there any rooms with mountain views?
Most of our rooms offer mountain views. Please do let us know when booking if the view is particularly important to you.
Can the beds be separated?
Yes, the beds can be separated. Please let us know briefly before your arrival, and we’ll arrange your room accordingly.
Is there air conditioning or cooling in the room?
For warm summer days, we’ll be happy to provide a fan free of charge.
Is there a fridge in the room?
Yes, we’ll provide a fridge free of charge on request.
Is there a coffee machine in the room?
Yes, a coffee machine is available in the room free of charge on request.
Is there a kettle in the room?
Yes, we’ll also provide you with a kettle free of charge on request.
Directions, parking, and transfers
Is there free parking?
Yes. Free parking is available right next to the hotel.
Is there an underground car park?
No, unfortunately we do not have an underground car park. You can park for free directly in front of the hotel.
Is there an electric vehicle charging point?
Yes, right next to the hotel, for a fee. The charging point operates with a charging card; you can obtain one from reception if required.
How do I reach the hotel from Innsbruck Airport or from the railway station?
Bus routes 590 to 593 run every quarter of an hour from Innsbruck to Neustift; alternatively, the Stubaital railway will take you down into the valley. You can obtain a voucher for the free journey at www.stubai.at/en/arrival-departure-voucher. One voucher is required per person per journey.
Does the hotel offer a transfer service?
Yes. We’d be happy to collect you from Innsbruck Airport or railway station; the fee is €68.00. Please book the transfer in advance.
How far is it to Innsbruck?
Around 25km. By car and the Stubaital railway, you’ll be there in about 30 minutes; by bus, the journey takes around 45 minutes.

Can I book an early check-in?
Yes, subject to availability, early check-in from 8 a.m. is available for €70.00. If you book directly, you’ll receive the early check-in at no extra charge for breakfast.
Is late check-out available?
Yes, subject to availability, late check-out until 6 p.m. can be booked for €70.00. If you book directly with us, late check-out until 1 p.m. is free of charge.
Where can I leave my luggage after check-out?
If you book directly with us, we’ll be happy to store your luggage free of charge on the day of departure. This means you still have the whole day to yourself.
Can I still use the spa facilities after check-out?
Yes, you can use our spa facilities free of charge on the day of departure, including a bathrobe and towels.
Family and children
Is there a cot?
Yes, we provide a cot free of charge. Please let us know when you book.
Is there a high chair?
Yes. A high chair and a step stool for the washbasin are also available free of charge.
Are there family rooms?
Yes. Our Sonnenstein family apartment offers plenty of space for the whole family, with 65m² accommodating up to five people. The Sonnenstein Comfort Room (45m²) can also accommodate up to four people.
How much is the children discount?
Children staying in a family room are eligible for the following discounts.
- Ages 0 to 4: 100% discount
- Ages 5 to 9: 65% discount
- Ages 10 to 14: 30% discount
- Ages 15 and over: 20% discount
